Who is a role model, and what counts as a heroic act when you're seventeen years old? Unlike in our world, in the world of heroes it's clear who is good and who is evil. And in the world of dance heroes, a hero steps onto the stage for the first time as if it were the hundredth. They fear neither epic gestures nor pathos nor hip-hop, and no blow can knock them down. If they fall, they get back up - and if they don't, another hero is there to help.

Eighteen students of the Duncan Centre Conservatory present an energetic dance performance in which they explore their attitudes and movements inspired by real and comic-book heroes, all in the context of a somewhat more complicated real world.
